  Almost always has stock of certain clothing that is not in stock at other malls. The customer service here is non-existent. No one greets you, no one asks if you need help, the floor is always empty. Additionally, there's almost always a line near the cash wrap and there is literally one person checking people out. Where are all the sales associates? Not on the floor that's for sure... This particular store really diminishes my thoughts on the Banana Republic brand as being a high quality fashion store. Whenever I go to the this specific store, I always go with the expectation that I won't be receiving any customer service. Good luck out there for those who shop here. Hopefully, your size isn't in the back.
