  Great sales and installation. The owner and an employee were friendly, patient, and answered all our questions on gas logs. They didn't push the sale or try to up sell. We opted to have them install, even though they again didn't try to push it and in fact explained that the install would be something I could do. Their installer was prompt and quick, but still took the time to tweak the logs and embers to where it looked just right and to explain everything. Would highly recommend.

  Such a great experience! Wife and I had limited knowledge with gas logs. Mike greeted us right away and pointed out the different options in a knowledgeable and friendly way. Highly, highly recommend!
