  This is a review for the company and not the employees. I had a coupon under my fiances name i wanted to use when buying a gift for his mother. We both have cards. I had the coupons with one employee but my daughter was hungry so we went to the food court. I couldnt find my coupon when we came back and they couldnt do a single thing. Extremely inconvenient bc I came to the mall for that reason. Not easy to tote around an 11 month old. Quality isnt there either bc i have had several pieces break so maybe i'll find another jeweler. #cantwait
