  Attention to detail. Passion for craft. Very fair price. John was awesome to work with on our flooring job. He respected that we had a sense of urgency, and made us feel like he really cared about our job. We did a ton of research on flooring companies before we met John and J&H Family Floors. By far and away, John was the best. Design-oriented. Knowledgeable. Polite. Transparent. Communicated through the whole process (always made himself available for us). He even contacted the manufacturer to make sure he got the same profile for the wood we had. No surprises. No cutting corners. 5 stars all the way. About our job/work. We removed carpet from a room and replaced with wood flooring that existed throughout the house already. The lacing (transition from old wood to new) was perfect. They removed the baseboards and replaced them after they laid down the wood, so we didn't have to get ugly shoe molding. Looks like it never even happened. His crew (Danny and Orlando - I believe) were professional, polite and clean. The job lasted about 6 hours. Best part about this whole experience? I got to support local.
