  Ordered a light fixture for our bathroom, went to pick it up a week later, and they gave us the wrong one (it was pewter in color, not bronze). So we had to take it back and get the correct fixture. But then we needed a 2nd light fixture (the exact same as the first one). We ordered it over the phone, went to pick it up a week later and they could not find it in their warehouse. They said they call us when they found it, but never called. They did, however, charge us for the fixture upon our order. They seem to be very disorganized. Customer service is extremely poor.
