  I went there on Christmas Eve. Like most businesses, they were short staffed. Despite that, they were extremely helpful and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Stewart in mill work was particularly helpful. I feel like, for a Big Box store, Lowe's in Frisco is always helpful.

  Bought a new refrigerator at the Lowe's in Frisco. The ice maker doesn't work. I have called several times and talked to store personnel and they keep promising that "someone" will contact me and correct the problem. 6 days later, I still have no ice maker and no one will even attempt to help us out. I only want what we paid for...a refrigerator with a working ice maker. Today I will contact the corporate office and also take to social media if not corrected. I am very disappointed. I should have gone to Home Depot, which I will from now on.
