  Came into the store to buy a new pair of running shoes for my son Tom, a marathoner. Brianna greeted us and found the right shoe for him after a very thorough review of his current shoe and the way he walks. She was the most helpful person we have ever encountered in a sport shoe store and made the selection an easy decision. She also fitted me with a new pair after hearing my particular walking regimen and particular needs. My son and I left the store with new shoes and I can't thank Bree enough for what she did for us. This is our new running shoe headquarters.

  It is just unbelievable what an awesome experience I had. Even though it was busy I was greeted and helped immediately when I walked in. I have been having knee pain that was getting worse every day. I thought *maybe* good shoes might help my knee pain in a few days. After going over my history for just a minute or two Bri and Aaron knew what I needed and had me try a shoe on. We tried on just one foot at first of course. I stood up and the knee pain on that side was instantly gone! I was (and still am) incredulous! So we put the other shoe on and I can walk without a limp again! I think this part is very important. I walked in wearing a pair of New Balance shoes. Now New balance makes awesome shoes of course but without the product knowledge and care for my problem needed to get me in the *right* shoes it does not matter how good New Balance is as a brand -- it was the PEOPLE that solved my problem! Thank you so much Bri and Aaron! I doubt I will ever buy a pair of shoes anywhere else again!
