  Always get good service. Most employees seem to enjoy their jobs and have at least a basic knowledge of dog nutrition. Self-serve dog wash is great although I STRONGLY suggest they add non-slip mats to the tanks before they end up with a dog with a broken leg caused by slipping. I take my own shower mat (purchased at Wal-Mart).

  I’m so happy we have one in Frisco! They price match! And The self service dog was is great! Being able bring your dog when ever you want for $10 a wash is neat. No more making a mess in my own home. The kids enjoy being able to wash the dogs in the tub. They have 6 stalls, it’s first come first serve.They provide shampoo and towels. The staff of very friendly and the managers are very knowledgeable. The store looks so nice and organized.
