  I'm so glad I read the other reviews before contacting the district General Manager. If you are spending your hard-earned money you should expect good customer service. As a mature woman I find it extremely disturbing and offensive to be treated like a common thief and a nuisance when I'm handing over my money. Why offer samples if you ask for one some of the clerks act like they are giving you a free full size bottle, then you get a lecture about how smart they are on product knowledge but they look like they just crawled out of bed and didn't bother to even wash their faces - or the other extreme...more makeup on than a glittery circus performer. Sephora you're not Neiman Marcus or even Macy's for that matter, some old-fashioned common courtesy and down to earth customer service with a smile goes a long way. I'll be returning to redeem my points but won't ever shop with your store chain again. 10 thumps down Sephora

  Horrible customer service. Asked one of the girls a question and she acted like I was stupid and she had an awful attitude. Shouldn’t work in customer service if you’re going to have an attitude.
