  I was a customer at the Sleep Experts Frisco Bridges location. When we initially walked in, me and my husband were greeted. Ben who works as a salesman inside the store was very cordial and had his Sleep Expert Script together. He showed us around and did the sleep study test. After trying out 10 beds, I finally made a decision on which bed I wanted which was the Beauty Rest Recharge for estimated price of $1600.00 with discounts. The process of purchasing was easy going, but once I received the product, after 3 consecutive days of laying on the bed I had an Acute Migraine headache and severe shoulder and back pain. I called the store and someone by the name of Coby, answered, I advised him of the problem I was having with the bed. He stated to jump on the bed for 40 minutes three times a day. Of course, I am a nurse, so I defiantly don’t have time to jump on a bed for 40 minutes and I thought it was rather weird to have to jump on a $1600.00 just to get comfort. I called the next day he advised me that he would call me back in 10 minutes. I never receive that call nor did anyone follow up on the problem. So I called that next morning and spoke with Ben and advised that I wanted a refund he gave me such a problem, he was trying to avoid giving a refund and was speaking very offensively, he also hung up in my face when I advised him that there is nothing he could do to fix this problem. Once speaking to his General Manager, he called back advising that he would have someone to pick up the mattress and box spring the next day and I should have my refund in 4 days. All in all, this was the most stressful and worst experience I’ve had at SLEEP EXPERTS and I will never take my business to them or recommend them to anyone. I went to Nebraska Furniture and found the perfect mattress and it was not as much as “Sleep Experts”. It is one thing when you are buying a product the salesman’s seems so polite, but if you are unsatisfied with that product all HELL break loose and it was hard to receive my money back. I RECOMMEND ORDERING YOUR MATTRESS ONLINE IT LESS HEADACES, AND NO SALEMAN TRYING TO MEET THEIR QUOTE FOR THE MONTH AND YOU CAN TAKE YOUR TIME TO CHOOSE AND REARCH ON YOUR OWN.
