  My husband bought me a pair of sunglasses this past week while in Brazil at a Sunglass Hut. He thought he had purchased the polarized ones but that apparently got lost in translation. We decided to go to the Frisco location and see if they would exchange them. Without ANY hassle at all they did! The girl didn't even ask for our receipt. She was extremely friendly and accommodating! In this day an age many stores treat you like a criminal when you want to make an exchange but not here. Both associates were genuine, nice, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It has made me a lifetime shopper at Sunglass Hut!
