  Terrible service by Moe as well as Melissa. At first Melissa seemed helpful she offered me a price and said case was included she then turned me to Moe and when I told him the case was included in the price as I was told by Melissa ...he went to her and they chit chatted like two little kids trying to hide something. Moe came back and said I’d have to pay for the case of course that wouldn’t be a problem if I wasn’t told otherwise since the beginning. Melissa ruined it at the end because she didn’t even come to me to acknowledge her mistake if indeed she messed up. I don’t know what’s up with T-Mobile they just continue to go down on customer service.
