  The Male Pharmacy Tech with a beard is a joke. I walk in at 1:05pm and leave an RX he says will be 20 minutes I say okay I will run across the street for lunch and be right back, he then says okay. I come back at 1:30 on the dot and he says no sir you need to come back at 2pm I ask why. He got loud and yelled we are closed from 1:30pm to 2:00pm and there are 2 signs so you need to come back at 2. I said you never told me this, if you would have said this I would have waited around. He says I don't say anything because it is listed in 2 places so come back after 2. I said no just cancel my prescription. I hope CVS has better customer service than what he gave. #walgreens #poorcustomerservice

  Worst customer service of any pharmacy we've used. Pharmacy techs open up late consistently. Managers never do anything about it. We've even spoken to main office and Walgreen's has no focus on what is important to customers. Moving back to CVS!
